Friday Night Neons

This look started out as a "Skin Focus," meaning I didn't originally plan to add any color. My original idea was to create a very glowing, festival look with a bit of fun with the dusty rose wig.
@TarteCosmetics Rainforest Glow Self Tanner to start my skin off with a matte, sun-kissed tone. I'm going to take a few drops of my @RMSBeauty Beauty Oil on a damp @RealTechniques Diamond Sponge and dab that over the entire face and neck to hydrate my skin and to add dewiness.
Spraying @TarteCosmetics Marine Boosting Mist to hydrate and prime the face and then misting @SmashboxCosmetics Primer Water because I'm a freak about priming and moisturizing. The reason I love spray primers so much is because my skin is sensitive and prone to breakouts, I prefer to touch my skin a little as possible. The spray primers provide a lightweight, tacky base, perfect for any liquid or powder product to cling to. These primers worked great for this look especially since I was hoping for a very hydrated, dewy skin.
Mixing @UrbanDecayCosmetics One and Done in 'Medium' & @LorealMakeup 203 Pro Glow for foundation and applying with a damp sponge, applying more coverage where needed. I applied 'Fair' from the ABH Fair Cream Contour Kit under my eyes, down my nose, on the chin, and forehead. Contouring the nose, cheekbones, and hairline using 'Fawn & Shadow' from the same kit and blend with a damp sponge.
Before moving on I use a spray to set my face and before it has completely dried, with a fan brush, I applied ABH's 'Bubbly & Sunburst' Illuminators to (basically) my entire face, but focusing not the cheekbones, tip of the nose, & brow bones.
Some of the illuminators were highlighting skin texture so I added some @lauramercier translucent powder with a damp sponge to mattify those areas and set the face once more.
To complement the wig I kept my brows cool toned, using the ABH Pro Brow Palette and my @SmithCosmetics 214, 203, & 211 brushes. I think these brushes have the perfect density and size to work with any brow. Setting the brows with @Lashfood 'Dark Brunette' Gel Fix & The ABH Clear Brow Gel.
To go along with the glow-y, dewy look I chose to line my lips with @nyxcosmetics 'Natural' lip liner and applied 'Creme Brûlée' butter gloss on top.
On the Eyes:
To define the crease on a Smith 232 brush I blended out @Makeupforeverofficial 'Slate & Cement' shadows. Using a damp 253 brush and Urban Decay's 'Thrash' shadow I defined and smoked out my lower lash line. Although this yellow-green is very bold I think in moderation it can complement any eye color.
Using "Scrunchie' by @SuvaBeauty I used my pinky finger to create the organic shape that will elongate my eye and contrast the green.
Lastly, I'm wearing one of my favorite lashes No. 126 by @EylureOfficial.
I wanted to create a look that made the skin look very refreshed and sun-kissed and the eyes happened to complement the skin finish and wig nicely. I think the look could be made more interesting with bolder lip or an opalescent glow to the cheeks.
